What You'll Do in This Position

As an RPA Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives in HR Digital. You will work closely with our team to understand how automation can enhance business processes and gain hands-on experience with RPA.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support RPA Development: Assist in developing and testing RPA solutions using UiPath, gaining practical experience in automation technologies.


  • Documentation: Help prepare RPA process definition documents, outlining how automation can improve current processes and contribute to cost savings.


  • User Stories and Testing: Learn to create user stories and cases for automation projects, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in post-production testing.


  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of RPA processes, ensuring they remain efficient and compliant with organizational standards.


  • Project Updates: Support the team in providing updates on project status and assist in preparing materials for senior leadership reviews.


  • Training Material Creation: Help create training materials and communications related to automation processes for the organization.


  • Analytical Support: Apply analytical methods to assist in understanding and improving operations as requested by team members.

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in information systems or Information Technology or Data And Analytics or a related field.


  • SQL Knowledge: Understanding of SQL and experience with database management is required.


  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with RPA software (UiPath is a plus) or willingness to learn.


  • Scripting Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA, Python, or JavaScript is preferred but not required.


  • Data and Analytics Experience: Completion of data and analytics courses or relevant experience is a plus.


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eagerness to collaborate with team members.


  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A commitment to finding solutions and a passion for creative problem-solving.


  • Attention to Detail: A process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.


  • Team Player: A flexible attitude with a willingness to contribute as part of a team.
