Schneider Electric has an Energy Systems Specialist (Architecture and Configuration Specialist) role available in our Louisville, KY office! What will you do?


  • Set up and adapt CBMS/ACT Meter Systems, including the following:

    • Configuring regulated and contract charges

    • Setting up charge exclusions

    • Defining meter attributes

    • Managing CalcVals, sub-buckets, and interval schedules

    • Handling currentcy and unit of measure settings

    • Implementing calculators and time-of-use/loss schedules



  • Respond to regulation or market changes by adapting meter systems accordingly

  • Set up contracts within ACT for additional services

  • Follow standard protocols for system build-outs or adaptations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve calculation errors

  • Use Service Desk ticketing system to track system adaptations and resolve issues reported by other teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years' professional experience with a demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and analytical tasks required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specific to calculations, and computer technology

  • Ability to read and understand energy tariffs and contracts is preferred
