Leads business line support functions on behalf of the Administrative Services. This role provides support for a medium to large portfolio of business operations and processes. Leads staff, operations, processes, strategies and initiatives in order to achieve operational excellence in strategy, analytics, reporting, communication, financial plans and financial operations. Collaborates with the business line leadership and Bank, tenant, and System stakeholders to align and meet business needs. The level of work is considered advanced, and staff work under minimal supervision. This position has direct reports.


  • Strategy: Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships throughout the Bank and System by providing advanced solutions, advice, and consultation to meet strategic and financial objectives. Set direction of strategy, communications, and attainment of goals and objectives to improve functions and business line effectiveness.

  • Provide consultation and integration strategies regarding business processes for high priority initiatives / program efforts. Design and manage strategic and financial planning process for business lines by assessing business opportunities, changes, and challenges.

  • Operations: Lead medium to long-term plans, projects, and budgets to ensure strong cost management and stewardship and effective operations.

  • Leads business support functions to provide strong analytics, reporting, communication and financial management in support of operational excellence.

  • Perform, prepare, and present financial, process, and business analysis and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Assist with effective risk management and compliance review for functions and business lines Support system workgroups by providing analytical support and ad hoc studies, reports, and surveys.

  • Evaluate staff performance, determine development opportunities, and make hiring and termination decisions.

  • Manage professional employees and/or supervise large, complex support, production or operation team(s).

  • Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.

  • Provide input and adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Your Background


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 7 to 10 years of professional work experience in management, technology, finance or related field

  • Advanced ability to partner with, influence, and challenge executive leaders.  Advanced ability to think strategically.  Excellent project management skills, including establishing performance metrics and milestones, and managing multiple projects at various stages.

  • Advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools, current technology and software applications including the ability to create and modify complex spreadsheets and databases

  • Possesses and applies broad and specific knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization to the completion of assignments

Additional Requirements:


  • This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in office.
