Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Engineer IV in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Engineer IV will provide expertise in the rapid development of proof-of-concepts to validate potential code solutions while mitigating development risks early in the process


• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate manual tasks to enhance the end-user experience and productivity


• Contribute to the development of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for automation


• Working with and empowering local and remote team members to ensure that implementations align with the CIO strategy while providing technical mentoring around automation and issue resolution


• As a Cloud Engineer IV, you will partner with architects to take solution ideas through discovery, architecture and implementation and provide technical steering to the team for successful delivery


• Communicate tasks, challenges, and workflows across a globally distributed team at all levels


• Provide guidance to and elevate endpoint security to align with industry best practice


• Documentation of solutions, decisions, discoveries and creation of work tasks for the team to deliver

Work within the following levels of the SFIA Framework:

• Skills & Craft: Level 4 in PROG, SINT, SCTY and ITOP; Level 5 in SLEN and METL


• Responsibilities: Level 5 in Autonomy, Business Skills Level, Complexity, Influence and Knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
