Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Developer III - Sales Force




Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Translate business requirements and policies into clear business flows, technical specifications and implement changes in systems/user account settings, etc.

  • Responsible for technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation

  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management

  • Maintain overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores

  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals Create and maintain end-user documentation including internal processes Manage and maintain third party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies

  • Assist with data migration from other systems as needed Implement Salesforce updates and relative releases, which includes researching new functional additions to Salesforce through updates and how they might be of use to the ARI instance

  • Manage the maintenance of the Salesforce platform and associated CRM system(s) to ensure data quality and security Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics to monitor all sales activity and results from the Sales teams

  • Actively involved in reviewing, assessing and evaluating 3rd party applications Provide recommendations on best practices and efficient use of Salesforce and other applications to streamline end user and back-office operations

  • Participate in development of other Salesforce administration team members through training, guidance, and sharing of best practices

  • Collaborate and align with departmental leadership and Solutions Analysts to ensure effective prioritization, scoping, and execution of projects and tasks

  • Other Salesforce related tasks and projects as assigned by management

  • Performs coding to written technical specifications and standards.

  • Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects.

  • Guide and mentor less senior developers

  • Perform code reviews

  • Provides reasonable and fair estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts, and projects.

  • Keeps current with software development trends, makes suggestions, and takes action on IT-related best practices, processes, and systems.




Relevant Work Experience:



  • 4+ years previous Salesforce development and/or administration development experience

  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API

  • Demonstrated track record of successful complex projects involving Salesforce and third party vendors

  • Experience in LWC, Apex classes and triggers and Flows

  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Visual Studio Code)

  • Experience with deployment toolsets

  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or other Agile tools

  • Experience with Boomi or other Integration tools a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams




Education and/or Training:


  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

  • Salesforce certifications highly recommended

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
