Job Description:

A unique real estate development, design, and management company is looking to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their expanding finance function. This role will handle a blend of state, local, and federal tax duties. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare various tax returns (federal, state and local, sales and use)


• Generate tax documents.


• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tax law.


• Oversee revenue generated systems to ensure tax rates are accurate.


• Work cross-functionally with other essential teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.


• 3+ years of public accounting, or relevant industry experience.


• GAAP knowledge.


• ProSystem FX and CCH Access experience.


• Experience working with property accounting software including Yardi or Sage is a PLUS.
