Systems Engineer

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.


• Analyse are perform at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.


• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.


• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.


• Focus on modeling and simulation of missile systems.

Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance


• C++ programming related to modeling & sim applications.


• 5+ years of experience is required, no more than 15 years experience.


• Proficient operating in Linux environments and programming in C++.


• Proficiency with python, Matlab and scripting languages such as Bash is desired, as well as experience in Guidance, Navigation and/or Controls disciplines.
