We are looking for a reliable and friendly, Part-Time Loan Compliance Specialist in Ste Genevieve area to apply to join our amazing team! This customer service position works onsite. Monday-Friday, 8am - 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan documentation for compliance and regulatory standards.
• Assist with in teh preparation of compliance reports and audits.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to lending and communicated updates to the team.
• Collaborate with loan officers to resolve compliance issues and ensure accurate loan processing.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 plus years of previous experience in loan compliance.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with lending regulations (e.g. RESPA, TILA, HMDA).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
