We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations at our manufacturing facility in El Monte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. You will ensure efficient storage, dispatch, and inventory control, while maintaining safety and operational standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods


• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment


• Implement and maintain safety procedures in accordance with industry standards


• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials


• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting productivity and teamwork


• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement


• Maintain compliance with environmental and health regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing setting


• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills


• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry
