RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support for the accounting team, focusing on invoice processing and vendor coordination.


• Update and maintain vendor records, financial reports, and invoices.


• Handle Accounts Payable tasks like payments and invoice reconciliation; assist with Accounts Receivable as needed.


• Prepare AP reports and assist with bank statement reconciliations.


• Organize documents and coordinate with vendors as directed.


• Support audits, analysis, and financial reporting.


• Uphold company values and take on additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS diploma required; AA/BA preferred


• Personable with relationship building skills, proactive mindset, professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.


• Understanding of accounts payable or general accounting processes

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
