Job Description:

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour



Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRE



Location: Eden Prarie, MN



Job Summary:



The Fulfillment Associate position is vital for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of shipments while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role emphasizes quality and customer satisfaction, involving various logistical and administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities:




Shipment Management: Provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments.


Tracking and Documentation: Monitor task boards and emails to respond to customer and carrier requests; document events and validate load data for accuracy according to standards.



Customer Service: Follow up on customer and carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating issues as needed.



Collaboration: Work within a team to support country-specific requirements and assist with additional duties as assigned.



Qualifications:




Required:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Previous customer service experience.


• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends (for select roles).

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Experience in a call center or similar environment.


• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy.
