Job Description:

An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team out of their Chicago, IL office.



Responsibilities:

• Regular client communication


• Must understand title/survey


• Due Diligence


• Document prep for closings


• Project development


• Lease drafting and contract purchasing


• Easements and deeds

Qualifications:

• 
  MUST have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting


• Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work


• Ability to handle a large volume of files on a daily basis


• Must have a paralegal certificate or related degree


• Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Salary: $100-$110k/yr.
