The Senior Coordinator, Strategy Integration provides high-quality project management, coordination, and administrative support for projects led by the Office of Strategy Integration. This includes the Office’s role in the management and operations in support of organization-wide planning & evaluation, change management initiatives, and other projects in close collaboration with senior leaders across the organization. The Senior Coordinator, Strategy Integration’s role also includes administrative support for the Chief Strategy Integration Officer, including calendaring, travel bookings, expense reports, invoice processing and other tasks.
The Senior Coordinator, Strategy Integration will manage special projects that require tact, diplomacy, and a proven track record of managing confidential and sensitive information. The Senior Coordinator, Strategy Integration must possess strong judgment, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong written communication skills are a must.
The Senior Coordinator, Strategy Integration reports to the Chief Strategy Integration Officer.
This is a hybrid role based in our Washington, DC office.
Compensation:
Provide essential project management support for ongoing strategy integration initiatives including planning and evaluation processes and cross-organizational working groups to drive a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Prepare agendas, document next steps and action items, and manage team correspondence for cross-organizational project teams.
Schedule meetings, manage and track timelines, and ensure projects stay on track and participants meet their deliverables.
Create and maintain ongoing project status reports
Partner with Strategy Integration Office team to ensure project participants’ deliverables are delivered on time.
Work collaboratively and build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
Draft and edit written communications, correspondence, presentations, and other materials on behalf of the Strategy Integration Office including those requiring input and signoff from senior leadership.
Professionally handle confidential information.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Integration Officer, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing contracts, and reconciling expenses.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as requested.
Collaborate with Audubon staff to ensure that equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging principles are incorporated and followed in all aspects of our work.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
At least 3 years of professional experience in administrative, project management, and/or event management.
Bachelors degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered.
Direct experience with project management required.
Proven track record of supporting successful projects and related best practices.

Demonstrated ability to work with confidential, sensitive information.

Technically savvy, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as other web-based tools such as Concur and Asana.
Sound judgment and ability to move projects forward in ambiguous, complex and fast-paced environments.
Adaptable and flexible working both independently and collaboratively, coordinating team efforts as necessary.
