The Hilton Chicago is looking for its newest team member to join its stellar hospitality team. Are you looking to bring your dynamic personality and kick start your hospitality career. As a Steward-Pot Washer your responsibility includes cleaning pots, pans, skillets, and cooking utensils. Handling large cooking equipment. As the Steward-Pot Washer you will also transport cooking equipment to and from locations throughout the hotel to the cooks and will clean and mop area floors and surroundings.

What will I be doing?

• Cleans kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work.
• Sweeps, mops, and clean kitchen floors.
• Returns equipment to its proper location.
• Using dishwashing machine, washes dishes, flatware and glassware from banquets and restaurants.
• Perform general/routine cleaning task using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
• Clean and dry floors to avoid slip/fall accidents
• Perform other duties as requested, such as moving supplies and equipment, cleaning up spills, etc.
