The UPS Store 7813 is seeking a Full-time Print Production Associate who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and has experience in Print Production, Sales, and/or Customer Services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience and/or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field
- Experience in production scheduling and project management
- Proficiency in digital and wide-format printing, bindery equipment, photocopier, fax machine, laminator, and other office equipment
- Experience in a mail or printing environment
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software and Microsoft Office, or other graphic design software
- Understanding of printing concepts and color management
- Ability to follow quality guidelines
- Experience operating and maintaining print and finishing equipment
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in Spanish
Responsibilities: The Full-Time Print Production Associate will be responsible for operating the center's print services for graphic design and production.
Key duties include:
- Collaborating with customers to create, schedule, and produce print products
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Applying color management and making file adjustments
- Ensuring quality guidelines are followed
- Brainstorming and creating design ideas
- Presenting concepts to clients and making adjustments based on their feedback
- Managing production schedule and materials effectively
- Maintaining attention to detail when proofing materials
