Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Project Manager with experience in Digital Solutions and technologies, and working with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence (BI), Software Development, Quality Assurance (QA), and Operations, Infrastructure and Product teams. This is an exciting opportunity to introduce and manage the implementation of new industry products!

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and communicating project progress, achieving milestones on time, and ensuring consistent delivery within the expected scope. You will lead collaboration workstreams, define requirements, and conduct stage gates, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet implementation timelines. Additionally, you will provide risk analysis on resource allocation, scheduling conflicts, and dependent deliverables.

Leveraging AI-driven solutions and cloud technologies, you will optimize workflows and enable scalable, efficient project execution. You will employ methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD, and IT infrastructure frameworks to streamline project delivery while managing scope changes, stakeholder engagement, and priority adjustments for various teams.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:


  • 5–8 years of project management experience across full product life cycles, including cloud-based projects and various methodologies.

  • Proven ability to lead mid- to large-scale projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.

  • Expertise in monitoring and tracking project progress, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and within scope.

  • Experience developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for enterprise solutions, IT infrastructure, and product applications.

  • Strong leadership in defining project requirements and collaborating with internal teams (IT, BI, and development) and external stakeholders.

  • A track record of identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to resource allocation, scheduling conflicts, and dependencies, with effective mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent skills in managing expectations and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from Analysts to Executives.

  • Proficiency in project management processes, including scheduling, financial management, issue/risk management, and resource management.

  • Talent for identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes and driving the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and other cloud-based project management tools and platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s in computer science and/or equivalent formal training or experience.

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, especially Executive communication.

  • Show strong organizational and multitasking skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Display proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Have experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Negotiating skills across project teams and vendors; coaches others.

  • Ability to resolve team conflicts.

  • Oil & Gas drilling process/equipment knowledge.

  • Professional Certificates: PMI/PMP, Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance, SCRUM Alliance.

  • Knowledge for administration of ADO or Microsoft Project Server

  • Office environment: most coordinate with resources in other time zones

  • May be required to visit a Rig environment to understand the nature of the business

  • May require visits to Manufacturing locations and Maintenance facilities

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and use hands. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision and distance vision.
