Senior Technical Program Manager, Cloud Operations at Nvidia Corporation in Santa Clara, California

Job Description:

NVIDIA is looking for an outstanding Technical Program Manager to lead projects in AI cloud software. In this role, you will play a significant part in helping to craft and guide the future of AI cloud software at NVIDIA. You will be responsible for project planning and presenting project status on a scheduled basis. We want you have a deep understanding of software lifecycle principles and work collaboratively with others, to accomplish the sophisticated goals of the programs.

What you'll be doing:

• Working in a cross functional team with Infrastructure, Engineering & Operations to drive positive outcomes for new products and features
  
  


• Scope and estimate deliverables
  
  


• Reporting and dashboard creation
  
  


• Create and maintain the requirements and solutions documents
  
  


• Identify bottlenecks in projects and seek resourcing needs
  
  


• Task tracking and bug scrubbing
  
  

What we need to see:

• Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent experience with 7+ years of hands-on experience with software development and process with a solid understanding of computer architecture and distributed systems.
  
  


• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
  
  


• Proven history of successful features, applications, or products delivered to the market.
  
  


• Experience influencing decisions and leading cross-functional collaborative teams in a large organization.
  
  


• Enthusiastic and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
  
  


• The ability to think strategically and tactically to build consensus to delivery successful programs.
  
  


• Experience with producing and reviewing UML diagrams & requirements documents.
  
  


• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  


• Expertise with JIRA, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and MS Office
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Prior experience with cloud computing services.
  
  


• A track record of solving ambitious problems with sophisticated solutions.
  
  


• Demonstrate an eye for detail
  
  


• Experience with Gitlab, Markdown, reStructuredText & Grafana

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
