Job Description: As the Sr. Manager, Materials, you will hold a critical role overseeing all materials-related initiatives and objectives for the Business Unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to team and multi-site management, planning, purchasing, inventory, compliance, negotiation, cost-efficiency, and managing supply chain disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-site team of supply chain personnel responsible for planning and executing supply chain activities at their respective sites, inclusive of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and materials deployment
• Utilize data monitoring and MRP parameter maintenance to properly forecast materials
• Collaborate across functions to develop solutions to ensure supplier performance supports organizational needs
• Oversee timely flow of materials through production cycle to minimize customer order past due and ensure OTD to customers, while right-sizing inventory levels across the board
• Manage policies, procedures, and material control systems
• Develop procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies across the BU
• Interface with Sales and Operations to address customer pull, push, and cancellation; with Finance to ensure sound AP/AR strategy
• As required, attract, retain, and develop talented supply chain specialists at each site
• Establish partnerships with suppliers and customers to support organizational needs

Compensation

Salary Minimum: $120,000

Salary Maximum: $150,000
