Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bankruptcy Clerk to support a client in SW Houston area.




Pay: $18.00 hourly



Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm In office


The primary purpose of this position is to research consumer bankruptcy cases and review bankruptcy schedules & statements for outstanding taxes. This will require the ability to read and understand bankruptcy plans, orders, and calculate interest amounts to determine whether there is a default.


Essential duties include:

Monitor bankruptcy payments

Various segments of Plan Defaults.

Research and enter consumer bankruptcy cases.

Handle general correspondence, emails, research.

Skills and Abilities:

• Well organized and detail oriented.


• Critical thinking skills essential


• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.


• Excellent computer and mathematical skills.


• Ability to work in a high-volume fast paced environment.


• Ability to multi-task
