Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a fast-grwoing law firm who is looking to hire a Litigation Paralegal for hte firm. As the Litigation Paralegal, you'll support the legal team by conducting research, drafting documents, managing case files, and assisting with court filings. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding results.



Key Duties:

• Summarize case details and prepare reports


• Conduct legal research and draft motions


• File legal documents with courts


• Manage case documentation and archives


• Assist with case preparation and tracking legal developments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience


• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills

Details:

• Reports to Senior Trial Attorney


• Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.


• Salary can range up to $100K, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a matching 401(k)
