SUMMARY
As a Provider Recruitment Strategist, your superior project management and organizational skills lead to departmental success and accomplishment of targeted goals.
St. Lawrence Health (SLH) was established in December 2013 with the mission to improve health and to expand access through coordination and integration of services. SLH became an affiliate of Rochester Regional Health (RRH) in January 2021. Working together with our community partners, including local health departments and agencies, we are focused on disease prevention, promoting access to quality healthcare services, and improving the overall quality of life for our communities.

ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or human resources is preferred or combination of education and work experience.
Two years experience in recruitment, sales or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to function independently and in a team environment.
Must be detailed oriented. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, internet research, and social media platforms.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
Excellent project management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinating all aspects of locum process including being primary contact for locums and recruitment firms, contracting services, obtaining leadership approvals, requesting and negotiating fair market rates, coordinating clinical calls, managing assignments and departmental on-call needs, onboarding locum candidates, and reviewing, coding and reconciling all invoicing.
Support Permanent Provider Recruitment including, compiling and issuing monthly recruitment newsletter that is sent to all newly contracted providers, as well as used by recruiters for current candidates and also forwarded to the entire SLH Medical Staff.
Help with coordinating candidate visits, itineraries, welcome bags and new employee baskets.
Reconciling credit cards.
Support recruitment process as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $56,000.00 - $71,300.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
