Responsibilities:
Conduct research, analysis, and risk assessments to secure critical infrastructure and support cyber defense initiatives for Army operations and infrastructure.
Analyze Army installations and processes to identify essential information flows and single points of failure in cyber terrain supporting critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR).
Provide architectural analysis, documentation, and recommendations for current and future systems.
Identify and prioritize critical systems and business processes to inform risk decisions and resource allocation.
Develop cyber defense plans using technical documentation, DoDAF products, and site assessments.
Document findings in government systems, including APMS, eMAAP, eMAAS, and MADSS.
Provide technical analysis of information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) for existing and planned systems.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to maintain situational awareness of operational risks for leadership.
Perform on-site inventories, assessments, and validation audits.
Use Microsoft Visio or similar tools to create detailed workflow process diagrams for missions and business processes.
Draft and review SOPs, EXORDs, and OPORDs, correlating requirements to taskings.
Collaborate with other teams on related efforts as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; 3 relevant certifications can substitute for unrelated academic fields.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of IT, cyber, or related technical experience, including work across multiple technologies (e.g., Platform IT, Enterprise IT, OT, ICS/SCADA).
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
