Order Entry/Customer Service Specialist

Job Type: Full-time/In Person
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a passion for assisting customers and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Provide customers with Quotes of our products
• Create Work Orders for production
• Collaborate with production to assure customer deadlines
• Provide support/coordination during and after production and shipping.
• Enter orders after confirming customer's specifications

Experience:

• Excel knowledge preferred
• Previous experience in order entry/customer service or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Versatile individual capable of working multiple roles
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
