Volt is immediately hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers in Lake Forest, CA.
As an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers you will:
Completing tasks to build from component parts the electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements
Performing surface-mount and through hold soldering on printed circuit boards
Trimming, clipping, crimping and tinning of wires and leads
Fabricate, test and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnessed and electronic components and assemblies for high reliability integration
Assemble fabrication and inspect complex box builds
Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to sub assemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
IPC-A-610 and JSTD-00 1 preferred
Degree from an accredited High School
Experience with soldering irons, hot air equipment, microscopes, electronic multi-meter, screw gun and standard assembly tools
Able to pass a skills test
Schedule: 1st Shift 7AM to 3:30PM
Pay Rate: $19 to $24 per hour
