Volt is immediately hiring for 1st shift SMT Operators in Lake Forest, Ca. $25.00-$26.00 per hour.
As an SMT Operator you will:
Knows feeder type and pitch
Knows component size
Understands some MSD
Knows thru hole vs SMT components
Knows how to teach fiducials on programs.
Knows how to adjust rotation on the machine for components feeders and sticks
Pin one assignment on all polarized components
Understand the origin of board and can adjust if needed.
Can create a program from 0 with Bom and drawing.
Knows how to pull datasheets and determine polarity on Diodes, Led diodes
Knows how to adjust program for alignment using fiducials or origin points
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of recent experience with SMT
SMT experience in MFG setting
Machining experience is a plus but not mandatory
High school diploma or vocational schooling is a plus but not mandatory
Pay Rate:$25.00-$26.00 per hour
