CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Cybersecurity Systems Admin to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity and Systems Administrator to support our Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiatives and manage our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, STIG compliance, and systems administration, with hands-on experience in various programming languages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and manage RMF processes for software applications, ensuring compliance and documentation.
Conduct STIG compliance assessments and manage remediation for identified vulnerabilities.
Oversee the administration of Windows Server and IIS environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Utilize Emass for the ADS approval process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity concerns and implement best practices.
Perform static and dynamic analysis of web-based applications to identify security vulnerabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including necessary reboots and performance tuning.
Support the transition of the IES project in-house, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Qualifications
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field and three (3) years of experience. An additional 6 years of experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
Clearance Requirements:
Must possess an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
Experience with RMF and cybersecurity administration.
Strong knowledge of STIG compliance and tools.
Experience with Emass and the ADS approval process.
Proficiency in Windows Server and IIS administration.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database administration.
Familiarity with static and dynamic analysis techniques for applications.
Experience with programming languages such as Ada, C#, and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security+ certification or equivalent.
Relevant certifications in Windows administration or cybersecurity.
Experience in software development life cycles and methodologies.
