Job Title: Business Execution Support Specialist


Location: Charlotte, NC (In-office, five days a week at CIC)


Job Description: As a Business Execution Support Specialist, you will:

• Participate in or support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution.


• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures, providing quick answers related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact.


• Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center experience.


• Understanding of the call center environment, including managing strict schedules to ensure maximum phone coverage.


• Customer service orientation.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.


• Adaptability and flexibility.


• Experience working in a support environment, answering calls, emails, etc.


• Prior experience providing technical support within a call center environment (Level 1 or 2).


• Excellent customer service skills via phone, with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• General technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments.


• Focus on providing resolution to issues rather than call volume metrics.

Additional Information:

• This position is part of a pilot program.


• Maximum bill rate is $40 per hour; candidates submitted with higher rates will be rejected.


• Two separate shifts are available: 9am - 6pm and 11am - 8pm. Please specify on the resume the shifts that the candidate is willing to accept.
