Our Float Pool Model

We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs, long-term leaves, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your education/certification while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.
Are you ready to experience different practice environments, bring your talent to this team, and join us in driving medicine forward?
