About the Role: As a Specialty Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will consult on complex IT initiatives that have a broad impact and require large-scale planning. Your role involves tackling multifaceted engineering challenges, necessitating a deep evaluation of various factors, including those without precedent. You will play a pivotal role in resolving intricate situations by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with client personnel on strategic initiatives.


• Analyze and review complex software engineering challenges.


• Contribute to large-scale project planning and execution.


• Ensure deliverables meet stringent quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering.


• Proven expertise in ServiceNow, particularly the Workplace Service Delivery module.


• Required: CSA certification.


• Desired: CAD certification.
