BRIDGE ENGINEER/ PROJECT MANAGER (7-12 YEARS)

DESCRIPTION
This position in our Bridge/Heavy-Civil Team will provide the opportunity for you to partner with diverse clients on projects that are transforming and improving our communities. This rewarding career opportunity provides you the chance to lead and manage project teams and imagine and design solutions that are realized, including highway and pedestrian bridges, retaining walls and fish-passage structures.
This position will allow you to lead and participate in the engineering design and management of a wide range of transportation projects in the Inland Northwest and beyond and:
· Lead planning, design and construction support on stimulating infrastructure projects.
· Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
· Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome.
· Lead and mentor junior engineers.
· Perform structural design and analyses.
· Perform inspection/field work.
· Grow our practice in the Inland Northwest.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
· Professional Engineer (PE) License in Washington State or the ability to obtain via reciprocity
· 7-12 years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
· Structural Engineer (SE) License
· Experience in the design and construction of reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
· Proficiency with the following, or similar, software: CSI Software Suite (SAP, CSI Bridge), PG Super
· Experience monitoring budgets and schedules, interacting with clients, and leading junior engineers.
· Strong communicator and collaborator
· Self-motivated
· Eager to develop and grow as a structural engineer
· Ability to work with, mentor, and lead junior engineers
· Passionate about providing exceptional client services
· Strong technical and organizational abilities
