Job Description
The Product Manager & Lead Auditor, ISCC will pursue and maintain technical qualifications for International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) family of standards and ANAB accreditation. They will review and approve ISCC proposals, provide related technical support, and assist customer care with client issues. They conduct training for internal and external resources, auditors, sales, and operations staff, grow market share in collaboration with sales managers, and support sales team by conducting webinars and participating in industry trade shows and related activities.
Perform ISCC certification audits for clients via virtual and on-site audits of their operations, processes, and documentation in the USA and Canada.
Pursue and maintain technical qualifications for International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) family of standards and ANAB accreditation.
Review and approve ISCC proposals, provide related technical support, and assist customer care with client issues.
Manage ISCC Auditors in performing certification audits for clients via virtual and on-site audits of their operations, processes, and documentation.
Conduct training for internal and external resources, auditors, sales, and operations staff.
Support sales team by conducting webinars and participating in industry trade shows and related activities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in science, environmental, engineering, or relevant discipline.
6 years of experience in fields related to ISCC standards (PLUS, EU, CORSIA, etc.)
3 years qualification and practice as ISCC Lead Auditor
Preferred:
Experience auditing forestry (FSC, PEFC) and/or greenhouse gas standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1)
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment.
Required integrity, tact, character, and high professional standards.

Works well under pressure.
Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time.
Travel to other SGS locations or client locations may be required frequently.
