The Opportunity
As a Receiving Clerk at Tradebe Environmental Services, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and processing incoming documentation related to the receipt of waste materials at our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Key Job Responsibilities
Input and review incoming manifest paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Enter manifest information into the computerized information management system, verifying DOT descriptions, RCRA hazardous waste codes, and other details.
Generate waste container labels using the computer-based waste tracking system.
Collaborate with the Customer Service group to resolve discrepancies.
Receive bulk loads and create rejection manifests as necessary.
Maintain waste shipment document files (both electronic and hard copies).
Mail TSDF-signed waste manifests back to generators.
Scan completed billing packets and upload manifests to the EPA/E-manifest system.
Upload information into the management system.
Sign manifest paperwork to facilitate truck releases and distribute manifest copies to the appropriate parties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Tech-savvy
Accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules, are required. DOT knowledge
SAP experience a plus.
