Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to lead and inspire a team? Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our 2nd Shift in Lodi, CA.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
2nd Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications:
5+ years of production maintenance and staff supervision experience (winemaking preferred)
Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration/HVAC is a plus
Familiarity with SQF, ISO, and LEAN manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid California driver's license with a clean record
Background in fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing, or auto repair preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a strong, empowered maintenance team
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety programs and training
Supervise daily maintenance activities and job assignments
Oversee special projects and new equipment installations
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards
Manage time and attendance accurately and plan work schedules
Interact with vendors and manage work orders
