Join Volt as a 2nd Shift - Maintenance Supervisor!


Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to lead and inspire a team? Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our 2nd Shift in Lodi, CA.


This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.



2nd Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm


Industry: Beverage Manufacturing


Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production maintenance and staff supervision experience (winemaking preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration/HVAC is a plus
• Familiarity with SQF, ISO, and LEAN manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record
• Background in fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing, or auto repair preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a strong, empowered maintenance team
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety programs and training
• Supervise daily maintenance activities and job assignments
• Oversee special projects and new equipment installations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards
• Manage time and attendance accurately and plan work schedules
• Interact with vendors and manage work orders
