What we need:
The Compensation Analyst is an established performer that plays a meaningful role in the Corporate Compensation team by helping to analyze and display data to inform business decisions, as well as assisting with projects to improve compensation systems and process in the organization. This role will perform research and analysis related to our compensation programs and structures and collaborate with Human Resource partners on compensation decisions, along with participating in project execution.
What you'll do:
Research and prepare recommendations related to compensation analysis, planning, and strategy.
Collaborate and partner with HR to understand the challenges related to compensation.
Compile, analyze and interpret job descriptions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Compile necessary data to ensure accurate participation in compensation surveys.
Assist in maintaining compensation structure and reporting in current compensation system.
Provide support for compensation programs including the annual increase processes, job evaluations, and multiple incentive plans.
Participate in special projects related to compensation, such as system implementations, salary structure analyses, or compensation structure redesign.
Assist with projects as requested, including research, planning, implementation, and cost analysis.
Support compensation projects from design through delivery, project planning, and developing systems and tools.
Provide ongoing analysis, research, and modeling of market best practices and competitive compensation programs.
Provides ad hoc reports, forecasts, and various analysis related to compensation.
Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and compliance.
Provide ongoing analysis, research, and modeling of market best practices and competitive compensation programs.
Assist with responding and compiling information for audit requests.
Performs other duties as needed.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and/or salary administration preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and other complex formulas.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
