Works with Credit Manager - PF to perform all daily activities for the department. This position will review existing agents, general agencies and carriers as well as underwrite new agents, general agencies, insurance carriers and loan submissions by Sales Representatives.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Verify new loan data with known entities in the markets such as carriers, brokers and other agencies to prevent fraud based on loan amount and agency rating matrix making sure that the agency, customer and loan exist.
Update and maintain existing fraud prevention policies and procedures to keep current and ahead of fraud trends in the agency marketplace.
Prepare new and existing agency reviews for Credit Manager - PF.
Review new loan submissions prior to final review and approval by Credit Manager - PF.
Ensure credit policies and procedures are followed.
May audit information to ensure that appropriate documentation is included and completed accurately.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one to two years of related industry experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate ratio and percent.
Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 6 months related industry experience

Physical Requirements
Little to no travel expected. Travel to training classes may be required.
Visually identify and distinguish between various documents with normal range of sight with or without corrective lenses
Sit at a desk and computer terminal for extended time periods. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and a computer printer.
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading or visual inspection of work to determine the accuracy, neatness or thoroughness of work assigned.
The person in this position frequently communicates with peers within own department or other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
May drive to customer, events and/or external training facilities to conduct business.
