Report to the People Services Director

Role accountabilities:

As a member of the Local People Service team, the People Services Analyst will establish trusted relationships with other members of the People Team, People Business Partners, and line managers. This position will provide support on integration-related items. The role will work closely with other People Services team members, People Business Partners, the Employee Relations Manager, our Immigration Specialist, Payroll Team, and Talent Acquisition.

In more detail, the People Services Analyst will:

• Project manage employee data to ensure it is clean and consistent for integration uploads.
• Work alongside the compliance team to ensure the employee population job levels and FLSA status is compliant.
• Work with the business partner team to map employee data to Arcadis standards.
• Manage data consolidation and data analysis, with an eye for detail.
• Assist with post-go-live support to fix any lingering data issues.
• Work with People Services, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition on other tasks to ensure system capability is ready for integrating 3,000 employees.
• May help with managing other project work in areas such as mobility or payroll.
• Run standards and custom reports from Oracle and perform analytics work
• Support the process improvement of People policies and processes
• Share knowledge with the wider People Services team to build capability
• Support key People processes ensuring that they deliver to business needs
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Other duties as needed.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

• Establish trusted relationships with the People function team members, employees, and line managers
• Provide front-line advisory on People policies programs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to co-create, develop, and support people solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate should have an academic degree (preferably in human resources) and a minimum of five years of progressive (human resources) experience.

Further, the candidate should have experience with a global geographically disbursed business.

• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM
• Strong knowledge of Excel and modifying reports
• Experience with data analytics
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Capacity to understand how people issues impact the business
• Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments
• Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly and succinctly
• Ability to read through written communication and determine the client's needs
• Good judgment on task escalation
• Demonstrates a proactive approach
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Experience in people data systems and processes
• Experience in supporting People's projects
• A team player who can collaborate and partner within the People function

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $76,110- $95,138. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
