Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft inspections and product reviews to ensure compliance with design and process requirements.
Engage with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and document results.
Identify and document discrepancies, initiate corrective actions, and manage non-conforming items.
Conduct audits, monitor processes, and maintain records of inspection results.
Support problem resolution during product operation and testing.
Plan and manage work schedules, including overtime and shift turnovers.
Obtain and maintain required certifications, including fall protection and flight line badges.
Utilize precision inspection tools for measurement and verification.
Oversee paint inspection and rework of composite and metal structures.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Skills:
Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Velocity and production applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of working at heights with fall protection equipment.
Proficiency in generating Non-Conformance Records (NCR) and handling related documentation.
