Manage the process of receiving, reviewing, and administering RMR contracts in Sedona. As a Contracts Administrator, you will work with accounting, sales, and vendors on ensuring compliance with all applicable RMR contracts. You will report directly to the Controller.
Essential Functions
Serve as a liaison between Sales Department and Finance Team for RMR contract issues and approvals.
Responsible for managing RMR licenses and Software Support Agreement renewals, additions, and cancellations.
Reconciliation of vendor invoices to active RMR licenses.
Coordinate the annual Master Renewal process with the Sales Team.
Responsible for the entire RMR cancellation process.
Run Cycle Billing each month for RMR in Sedona.
Issue customer credits for RMR cancellations as needed.
Assist with job reviews in Link Squares.
Provide excellent internal and external customer support regarding RMR inquiries.
Creating Inspections in Sedona for RMR customers.
Responsible for billing of customer pass through internet services.
Prepare monthly RMR tracking reports for month end close.
Prepare Monthly Cry Wolf reporting for different state agencies.
Other relative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
Current and valid US driver's license preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Experience in Sedona a plus.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
