Job Description:





We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Baker Tilly. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in infrastructure technologies and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. This role requires an IT leader who stays abreast of technological trends, evaluates the impact of both existing and emerging technologies, and contributes to strategic roadmaps and planning. The goal is to create secure, efficient, and reliable technology solutions that align with Baker Tilly's Technology Infrastructure Strategies.



Responsibilities:



  • Technology Evaluation and Planning: Keep up with trends in technology, assess the impact of existing and emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic roadmaps and planning to create usable, secure, efficient, and reliable solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and collaborate with leaders across Enterprise Technology to transition IT initiatives to a stable run/operational state in support of business strategy.

  • Operational Leadership: Lead operational teams in providing maintenance and continuous support of technical operations. Perform continuous service monitoring, reporting, and drive efficiency improvements.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures. Lead and support individual contributors in developing IT operations standards and processes, assisting in the implementation of enterprise policies.

  • Service Performance Management: Measure service performance and implement improvements. Work to automate repetitive processes and procedures. Provide input to the SLA development process and ensure SLAs are met.

  • Vendor Management: Review service provider performance, identify and confirm performance problems, and notify contract managers.

  • Communication and Morale: Support an environment of open and upward communication with all staff to ensure positive employee morale, effective conflict resolution, and the upward flow of creative ideas for the benefit of the company and its employees.

  • Leadership Development: Develop future leaders by identifying the roles, skills, and knowledge required. Ensure staff has the resources and skills needed to support all work initiatives.

  • Team Development: Develop all team members through mentorship, training, and skill development.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Identity and Access Management infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on cloud and datacenter platforms.

  • Cloud Migration: Drive cloud migration initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition from on-premises to cloud-based environments.




Qualifications:



  • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Identity, PKI, Certificates, M365, and other platforms.

  • Proven experience as an IT leader in infrastructure management. Minimum 7 years' experience managing Technology teams.

  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business.

  • Experience assisting leaders in strategic planning and roadmap development.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration skills, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing technical operations and service performance.

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and procedures.

  • Expertise in vendor management and SLA development.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and data center infrastructure.

  • Ability to drive cloud migration initiatives.

  • Proven experience in adhering to IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL) for managing incidents, problems, and changes.
