More than 40 years history General Contractor and Developer, with projects all over Florida.
Specialized in Complex Projects over 100M, Multifamily Mixed-Use Developments, Hotels, Commercial. Located in Broward County, with a focus on Broward - Palm Beach County.



Responsibilities



Manage project stakeholders. Reports to VP.


Lead aspects across the project cycle, managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.


Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.


Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.


Preconstruction / Process Improvement / Stakeholder Management (Arch, Developer, Owners Rep, City, others). Team Management / Recruitment


Leading a team of mid - senior leadership.



Qualifications



B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.


15-25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Hotels, Multifamily (Mid - High Rise). Ground Up / Renovation projects. Over 80M.


To be successful, you need to be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractors and the vendor market.


Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.


Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.



What you'll get in return



In return, you will receive a package of up to $190,000-220,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
