Responsibilities:

• Managerial Leadership: Coordinate with program and department managers, design teams, and construction managers.


• Technical Leadership: Conduct preliminary systems assessments, develop project strategies, and oversee implementation.


• Business Development: Drive clean energy projects in the region.


• Team Growth: Recruit and mentor mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering professionals.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.


• PE license preferred.


• Expertise in multiple technical areas.


• Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
