Your new role and responsibilities



Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a high-end office space project in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial interior renovation projects and fit-outs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage all phases of the construction project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.



What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial interior renovations and fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
