Customer Solutions Representative at Roth Staffing Companies in Tarpon Springs, Florida

Job Description:

Our client is based out of Tarpon Springs and is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to take inbound calls answering patient's questions on their medical bills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working as part of a team environment and have strong customer service focus to effectively interact wit patients, doctors, staff, and management.


Qualifications & Job Duties:



* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients at all times.


* Strong communication and customer support skills.


* Work with patients to answer questions and resolve any potential billing issues.


* Knowledgeable in medical terminology and billing is preferred


* Understands Medical insurance, deductibles, copay, and coinsurance


* Must have computer skills


Pay Rate: $18 -$20/ Hour
