Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial is looking to fill a contract to hire Staff Accountant position for one of our clients in the Creve Coeur area. If interested in hearing more, please apply.


Essential Functions - Maintain capital expenditure records and track depreciation

• Employee benefit reconciliations and reporting


• Assist in the account payable process


• Perform journal entries and account reconciliations


• Manage the accounts receivable process


• Maintain capital expenditure records and track depreciation


• Assist with month-end and year-end closing

Essential Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Sage 300 and ProCare a plus.


• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions


• Proven experience in accounting or finance role


• Certified Notary Public or the ability to earn certification
