Job Responsibilities:
Prepares detailed analyses for consolidated reports on revenue, backlog, and authorizations for senior management.
Uses sophisticated models in support of deep analytics.
Support S&OP process and develop key performance measurements and associated analytical tools to explain metrics.
Business partner with departmental leaders on effective solutions.
Assesses the budgeting and forecasting process statistically to better inform accuracy and risks.
Collaborates across the organization to provide analytical and critical thinking on ad hoc projects.
Ensures consistency and application of budgeting and forecasting processes and policies.
Makes recommendations on investments based on robust value analysis.
Provides pricing and commercial strategy support to drive profitable authorization growth.
Drives system enablement/efficiencies through active management of reporting tools/processes.
Support data analytics/Power BI to improve enterprise-wide transparency into results.
Position can be based in Waltham, MA, Wilmington, NC or Raleigh, NC with a hybrid office schedule.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years' experience)
1+ year of leadership responsibility
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in finance, with broad knowledge of accounting/financial principles and processes with effective analytical and quantitative skills
Ambitious and driven to compete in a fast-paced environment, with ability to effectively balance and deliver against competing demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive experience with financial systems
Demonstrated business acumen with ability to understand sophisticated organizational structures and environments
Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Skilled in financial modeling and valuation analysis

The salary range estimated for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 USD. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
