Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Millersville, MD 100% on site

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is working with a stellar organization looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team in Millersville, MD. This role will provide essential support to our receptionist and other departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Job Duties:



  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk activities.

  • Distribute incoming mail, packages, and other documents to the appropriate departments.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room availability.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure common areas are organized.

  • Support data entry tasks, including updating databases and records.

  • Prepare basic correspondence, memos, and other documents as directed.

  • Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to multitask and handle basic office equipment.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
