Shift Schedule: Full-Time; three (3) shifts per week, 32-hour work week. Rotating weekend, holiday, and call.
Job Duties: Provides medications and other pharmaceuticals as needed for patient care in the acute hospital, home health and hospice departments, and clinics according to professional standards and practices. Consults with medical, nursing, and other health care professionals concerning medication therapy. Assists in the daily management of the Pharmacy department. Assists in the development of policies and procedures and in-servicing of employees. Monitors medication therapy and completes medication reviews as required. Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
Qualifications: Currently licensed in the State of Nebraska to practice pharmacy. Previous hospital pharmacy experience or other training preferred. Please submit a resume and cover letter with your application.
