Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: 88,000- 142,600
What you will do
As a Lead Analyst, Digital Adoption you will play a critical role in driving Digital Transformation within Kenvue by shaping and executing a robust Change Management & Digital Adoption strategy for the Digital Transformation Office.
• Develop & execute adoption strategies for each digital capability considering the regional and functional nuances.
• Create innovative ways to improve adoption of new and existing digital products based on user experience. Well-versed in data analytics and creating meaningful insights followed by targeted actions to drive adoption at regional and functional levels.
• Create strong partnership with Digital Capability Owners, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to enhance outcomes on digital adoption and reinforce collaborative ways of working through effective stakeholder management
• Continuously drive improvements in Digital Adoption Platform content, deployment processes, and maturity.
• Oversee the technical development and deployment of Digital Adoption Platform content by internal and external build teams.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption and enhance stakeholder experience to achieve overall business outcomes.
• Develop and implement relevant Change Management strategies to enable impacted teams to successfully adopt cutting-edge digital products and solutions.
• Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
• Define communications strategy and develop necessary communications assets in alignment with regional and functional teams to ensure all impacted teams understand the reasons for change and how it will affect them.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must have 6 years of business experience driving or leading Change Management, Digital Adoption, Communications, and Training for transformational programs. Specialization in executing Digital Adoption in Supply Chain is strongly preferred.
• Expert in providing comprehensive executive reporting including analysis of data and KPIs on adoption of digital products and solutions and suggesting deeper insights to improve utilization of digital products. Should be able to implement specific actions with stakeholders accelerating the overall Adoption /Change Management efforts.
• Capable of driving adoption effectively in collaboration with internal teams leveraging stakeholder management experience, superior influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in defining and delivering all components of Organizational Change Management end-to-end.
• Expert in leveraging latest communication vehicles and channels to cascade relevant messages to internal and external Stakeholders.
• Experienced in developing relevant training material to support successful adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to work with individuals from various geographies, business departments, and levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or CCMP Certified Change Management Practitioner) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platform will be beneficial.
• Experience in driving adoption of applications and tools is strongly preferred.
• Should be well versed in developing training content and leveraging latest tools and technologies to deliver training effectively as per the need.
• Good understanding of project and program management tools and techniques, including agile principles

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $ 142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
