Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its components, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform to enhance customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Integrate AEP with company-owned systems, other Adobe products and third-party systems
Create and manage customer segments, profiles, and journeys
Monitor and optimize the performance of AEP implementations
Provide technical guidance and support to marketing and analytics teams
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer experience technologies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Enabling Capabilities: Enabling new data signals within the platform, allowing client to further personalize and deliver relevant communications to our consumers; Innovating on and maturing the platform to improve efficiencies and ease-of-use; Improving observability and resiliency to reduce manual work/support needs
Support Work: Manage a support channel to ensure business continuity and efficiency; Troubleshoot and resolve issues, as needed; Handle special job requests that fall outside the regular schedule; Utilize Splunk for observability to identify and resolve issues more efficiently; Approximately 15% of time
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform and its components
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of other Adobe products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign
Experience with Splunk for observability
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
