SALARY:
$22.85 to $24.58+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to stakeholder needs via email, mail, phone, an in-person inquiries.
Respond to student, faculty, and staff inquiries regarding academic records, policies, and procedures.
Provide assistance with requests for transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other documents.
Verify degree conferral, licensure documentation, and academic standing for students and alumni.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless student service.
Student Records Management:
Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of student records, including grades, transcripts, enrollment status, and academic history.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to student records in the Student Information System (SIS).
Verify records for student progression, graduation, and licensure requirements.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Ensure all records management processes comply with FERPA and other relevant federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Monitor and maintain security of records to prevent unauthorized access.
Support audits and accreditation reviews by providing necessary documentation.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Prepare and provide reports related to student enrollment, grades, and other academic metrics.
Assist in compiling data for internal and external reporting, including accreditation agencies and government bodies.
Systems and Process Improvement:
Assist in the development and improvement of systems and processes related to record keeping.
Participate in the ongoing training and use of the Student Information System (SIS) and other related software.
Provide administrative support to the University Registrar, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling correspondence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Work with PreCheck to ensure integrity of drug screen and background check verification.
Maintain Student Drug Screen and Background Check Policies and Procedures.
Write background check letters in a timely manner for students who have a record.
Assist second-year students with USMLE and COMLEX registration.
